New members who love golf and like to meet new people who share their love for the game are encouraged to join. Players should enjoy a little pressure in playing competitive net stroke play events and have a working knowledge of game rules. Handicaps are required to compete in the weekly events and tournament flights. If you don't have a handicap, one will be established after completing 3 rounds with SASG. Each division plays at different courses in and around the San Antonio area.

Weekly play starts at 8:00 AM (7:30 June-August) with a shotgun start year round. We always play from the Senior Tees. Weekly fees are mandatory. New players pay $3 until they establish a handicap.

SASG Tuesday Division play year round. Weekly fees: $20. Payout for 4 place winners, par 3 closest to the pins, skins and bonus for 1st place in flight.

SASG Wednesday Division plays year round. No yearly dues. Weekly fees: $10. We pay flights and nassau . We always play from the Senior.

SASG Thursday Division plays year round. Weekly fees: $20. Payout for 4 place winners, par 3 closest to the pins, skins and bonus for 1st place in flight.
